Leftover eggplant and ground chicken - just call me Xiaomei

Raisin Bread with cream cheese
Lunch:
A half order of an Asian Chicken Salad - And yes I did eat the noodles in it...WHAT? you don't know me!
Dinner:
Salad with deli meat turkey, provolone, lettuce, tomato, and onion
Another bad wine (probably white zinfindel, again)
Misc:
A handful of Golden Raisins
