Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Bacon
Milk
Coffee
Snack:
2 kiwis
Handful of pistachios
Lunch:
Turkey & roast beef on white bread (EEK! They ran out of wheat at Jersey Mike's this afternoon! I didn't eat the entire thing just to compensate)
Dinner:
Pulled pork
5-6 sweet plantains
4-5 walnuts (it's close to Christmastime, so there are nuts in the house)
2 teaspoons of vanilla ice cream
