Black coffee
Lunch:
Nada - late breakfast
Dinner:
1 vegetable spring roll (wrapped in wheat paper)
General Tsos chicken
Brown rice
Three pieces of broccoli and one asparagus
Drinks:
Three mugs of carbo-loaded Bud Light
