Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Bacon (it's turkey bacon! yay!)
Milk
Coffee
Lunch:
3 multi grain crackers
Waldorf chicken salad
Banana
Dinner:
Popcorn shrimp (breaded)
Spicy crispy beef (I'm sure this was of Asian descent)
About three forkfuls of rice that were leftover from the main clump of rice that I initially removed off the plate. It was white rice :(
