NEW RULES

  • Another 18 days
  • 3 days off
  • Carbs are allowed for all meals, but must be consumed as whole grains
  • Carbs used sparingly for dinner
  • No meals 3 hours before bedtime
  • No pasta at all
  • No potatoes in any form
  • No bread on its own (for example, sandwiches are allowed but not breadsticks, rolls, etc.)
  • No chocolate
  • Emphasis on vegetables and proper hydration
  • Must work out 3-4 times a week!
