NEW RULES
- Another 18 days
- 3 days off
- Carbs are allowed for all meals, but must be consumed as whole grains
- Carbs used sparingly for dinner
- No meals 3 hours before bedtime
- No pasta at all
- No potatoes in any form
- No bread on its own (for example, sandwiches are allowed but not breadsticks, rolls, etc.)
- No chocolate
- Emphasis on vegetables and proper hydration
- Must work out 3-4 times a week!
