DAY FOUR! (Of another true 18 day challenge)

Breakfast
1 slice of whole wheat toast w/butter
1 cup of fat free milk
1 iced venti soy vanilla latte

Lunch
Grilled cheese sandwich on wheat w/tomato
Half of a salad (just wasn't doing it for me today)

Dinner
2 whole wheat waffles
1 slice of turkey bacon

Misc
1 green apple

1 Banana
1 large glass of grapefruit juice

Lunch
Half a package of whole wheat crackers
1 liter of Diet Coke

Dinner
2 slices of whole wheat bread
Tomato
Mozzarella Cheese

Misc
Half a green apple
