(2) Pumpkin cheesecake (damn this office! damn it to hell!)
(infiniti starch) I went to a Chinese buffet - I don't even know

(1) Banana
(.5)Strawberries and grapes

Protein (3/6oz.)
(1) Sunflower seeds
(1) Hardboiled egg
(1) Chicken

Vegetable (3/3cups)
(3) Salad

Dairy (1/3cups):
(1) Cheese dip

DAY FIFTEEN!

Starch (8/7)
(1) Toast w/ butter
(3) Bread (Frontega chicken sandwich from Panera)
(1) Dinner roll
(2) Broccoli cheddar soup (I don't consider this a starch but the food guide I'm using apparently does)
(1) A little scoopling of winter mint lava cake

Fruit (3/4)
(1) Banana
(2) 2 Kiwis

Protein (4/6)
(1) Handful of pistachios
(2) Ground beef from a bowl of chili
(1) Sunflower seeds in da salad

Vegetable (7/6)
(1) Tomatoes and onions on sandwich/a few pieces of broccoli in the soup
(2) Vegetables from the chili
(4) Salad: lettuce, green peppers, tomatoes, green peas, etc.

Dairy (2.5/2):
(1) Small glass of skim milk
(1) Fat free yogurt w/fruit on the bottom (food guide says to mark that as one serving of fruit, but there's like two crumbs of strawberry so I'm not gonna mark off shit)
(.5) Cheese on el sandwich

(2) Two pieces of wheat bread for grilled cheese

(1) Diced cantaloupe
(1) Green apple
(1) Banana

Protein (4/6)
(4) About 4oz. of steak

Vegetable (3/6)
(2) Salad at lunch with lettuce, carrots, green peas
(1) Onion w/olive oil & garlic

Dairy (2/2):
(1) Small glass of skim milk
(1) Cheese from grilled cheese sandwich
