  • M - don't think that by deflecting attention from yourself to me by means of praise and flattery that what you have done is any less wrong.
  • D- How could you say that?! You know I think you are amazing- especially since you are taking me shopping tonight and your gonna feed me chocolate!

D

Dinner:
Ok, so I didn't eat the eggs and chicken sausage as planned because Michelle called me and wanted to go to dinner. Don't fret my pet, we went to Sweet Tomatoes so all I had was a big ol' plate of vegetables and a small bowl of chili. No bread, no brownies, no sweet potatoes with big glops of butter. Just vegetables. I even picked out the crunchy noodles from the asian salad.

Misc:
Mid-morning snack of one large nectarine and small handful of almonds (Also just realized that I've been neglecting to blog about my mid-morning snacks at around 10AM - always some fruit and nut - so ditto for Monday thru Wednesday)

An apple, same shit, different day

  • D, I'm salivating at the possibilities we could have at our "feast" manana!
  • Kudos M! For renouncing Lucifer not just once, but three times in 24 hours!! After you say no to the devil so many times he doesn't bother to come around anymore. This is true.
