DAY FIVE!

Breakfast:
Some multi grain bread thing from Einstein's (not a bagel)
w/honey almond cream cheese
Black coffee

Lunch:
Nada - late breakfast

Dinner:
1 vegetable spring roll (wrapped in wheat paper)
General Tsos chicken
Brown rice
Three pieces of broccoli and one asparagus

Drinks:
Three mugs of carbo-loaded Bud Light

Lunch:
Tuna sandwich on honey wheat

Dinner:
Grilled chicken
Small portion of baked beans
Garden salad

Dessert:
3 teaspoons of marshmallow fluff

Turkey on multigrain bread w/mayo
Carrots

Snack:
Green apple
Sun chips

Dinner:
Mandarin chicken salad

DAY TWO!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Bacon (it's turkey bacon! yay!)
Milk
Coffee

Lunch:
3 multi grain crackers
Waldorf chicken salad
Banana

Dinner:
Popcorn shrimp (breaded)
Spicy crispy beef (I'm sure this was of Asian descent)
About three forkfuls of rice that were leftover from the main clump of rice that I initially removed off the plate. It was white rice :(

DAY ONE!

Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Bacon

Snack:
Banana
Pistachios

Lunch:
Turkey on multigrain
Carrots

Dinner:
Salad w/chicken strips and fat free honey mustard dressing

NEW RULES

  • Another 18 days
  • 3 days off
  • Carbs are allowed for all meals, but must be consumed as whole grains
  • Carbs used sparingly for dinner
  • No meals 3 hours before bedtime
  • No pasta at all
  • No potatoes in any form
  • No bread on its own (for example, sandwiches are allowed but not breadsticks, rolls, etc.)
  • No chocolate
  • Emphasis on vegetables and proper hydration
  • Must work out 3-4 times a week!
