DAY THREE! (Of another true 18 day challenge)

Breakfast
1 slice of whole wheat toast w/butter
1 Bananer
1 cup of fat free milk
1 iced venti soy vanilla latte

Lunch
1 tuna salad sandwich on honey wheat

Dinner
Small caesar salad (would have eating the three generous pieces of chicken that I paid for but they looked PINK AND GROSS).
Garden vegetable soup (halfway through this thing i realized that this soup has those little noodle balls in it - scratch - F.U. Panera!).

Misc
1 bag of Sun Chips and a green apple during/after class
2 mini York peppermint patties (I probably should be ashamed, but seeing as how the bar for failure has already been set today - well, I don't have much to live up to anyway).
1 small small piece of peppermint bark (there's a mint theme to my cheating ways).

Salad (lettuce, mushrooms, broccoli, sunflower seeds, green peas, etc.)
1 whole wheat pita, four slices of turkey, mustard, and mayo.

Dinner
Greek salad (had some potatoes in it)
Approximately half of a grilled chicken breast
About half a cup of clam chowder

Misc
1 fat free strawberry yogurt
7 or 8 almonds
4 chunks of pineapple
3 forkfuls of lite cool whip

Oatmeal with brown sugar
Diet Coke

Lunch
Salad: lettuce, sunflower seeds, broccoli, garbanzo beans, carrots
1 whole wheat pita, four slices of turkey, mustard, and mayo

Half of a baby chopped greek salad with grilled chicken
New England Clam Chowder

Nothing! Like the idiot that sometimes takes hold of me, I forgot we were starting today, and I brought a KinderBueno to work for breakfast. But I realized this was no bueno and I did not eat it!

A huge salad from Jason's Deli! Nuts, nuts, nuts! I love nuts!

1 lemon pepper chicken breast
Yellow pepper
